I have found out today I am pregnant, very early days. This is my 2nd pregnancy do I just call straight to midwife team this time?
Also pregnancy was fine last time but had complications at birth and needed emergency section and baby was poorly after etc. Will this mean I will have more appts and scans this time?

I called my drs and they booked me in to see the midwife at 8weeks.. & i think it may depends on what complications etc x

I called the midwives direct. In my area they have a website that they directed me to so I could fill out the various forms for my booking appointment (around 6-8weeks).
Generally you have less appointments for a second pregnancy (same amount of scans).
As pp said I guess it depends on what the cause of the issues was at birth and the likelihood of it happening again. Worth discussing with your midwife at your booking appointment if you're concerned.

After my section they said that my womb wasn't a normal shape or something and it meant baby couldn't come out naturally (I wasn't really with it when they explained it!) but basically said I would probably never have a natural birth.

I had a c section with my first and was considered low risk for pregnancy but high risk for birth. The rest of my care was following not first time Mum schedule with midwife. (Today they have decided I’m high risk for other reasons.)

The original plan was to see consultant and 16 weeks to discuss birth method and again at 32 after scan to check baby’s position as I’m planning a Vbac.

What was wrong with your lo at birth?

She came out not breathing and rushed to NICU, she then had sepsis

You will probably see a consultant at 16 and 32 weeks but wouldn't require extra scans unless baby isn't well or they are worried about growth etc.

They'll talk about section etc at those appointments. If you need one it will be at the 32 week appointment that they book it in, usually at 39weeks.
