When are you buying your pram?

Hey all just was wondering when everyone is buying their pram ,how many weeks were you? & what prams is everyone been buying.

My baby is 6 months so obviously already have the pram but just swooping in to say I got the bugaboo Fox and I love it! It's so nice to push and has some really good features. It seems really solid too.

18 weeks, we saw a good offer on the Cosatto Giggle Mix. We got a free car seat with it. Can't wait to use it next week after my planned section 🥳

Think it was around 30 week mark with DS2 but that's because we just didn't have time before that.

With DS3 I want a Cosatto XX wow because DS2 will only be 15 ish months when baby is here. We were going to buy this weekend but all cane down Ill so will just do it whenever we have time between now and November

@BigRedBoat glad you said that as that's the one I've got my eye on in all black. I had the Cameleon3 with my previous two babies and loved that but when I saw the fox I liked that it's slightly bigger x

I find Bugaboo to be an exceptionally reliable brand.
We were given a bugaboo bee when my daughter was born, it was 3 yrs old then, and 4.5yrs later it’s still going. It’s very worn around the edges and the handle bars slip down to I have tapped them in position but it’s been used everyday (I’m a childminder) and it’s been incredible really.

@Angelinthenightx We are getting the Fox to going to order it with carseat etc around 32 weeks incase I have to be induced again! 😁

I’d consider if you actually need a pram. I’ve had three children and didn’t have one. I had a sling and then later on a foldable buggy.

Bought mine at 23 weeks and it's the icandy lime ☺️

@daisypond I think it takes a strong woman to use a sling!! DD1 wants picking up a lot so using a sling would do my head in unless going walking were a pram is not possible 😁

I have a 15 week old, we got ours after the 20 week scan. We went for the iCandy peach and I absolutely love it! So easy to collapse, put the car seat on, pram too and the basket is pretty big. We do city shopping and off the track walking with it and I can't fault it so far. Even survived the beach recently!

We didn’t have a car so a sling for jumping on and off public transport was the easiest thing- easier than having a pram. I used it round the house too if the baby needed lots of picking up.

Mine has just arrived and I'm 17 weeks! Earlier than I'd like but it was in a sale and didn't want to miss out, just storing in the (newly emptied) babys room until it's time. With DS, I'm pretty sure I had it delivered at 30 weeks wasn't waiting for anything in particular, it's just how it panned out :)

I had the bugaboo donkey last time ,loved it & got lots of use lasted well.the fox does look so nice ive only seen it online tho so need a trip to john lewis to have a push of it.
Does anyone know if the fox & the donkey have the same size of seat ?just as i found this is why the donkey lasted so long for my others.x

@Angelinthenightx the biggest seat is the buffalo, someone compared the Buff & the fox on a FB page! The buff had more leg room but the fox had more head room! This is my DN in the Fox and he was just over 2 years at the time... I tried him in The fox, Silvercross Wave, M&P Ocarro, iCandy peach and this had the most room left x
