Hey all, so been at the beach most of the day today and although I put suncream on I have caught a little sun on my neck. It's not really bad, just a little bit red. I have been keeping hydrated, had a large 750ml water bottle with me at all times that I topped up at least 2 times. I'm just in a panic now that somethings going to happen to the baby because of it! I feel well in myself, a little tired but tbf I'm always tired lately and we did have a long walk back in the sun. I'm continuing to drink lots have had a coldish shower and now have a wet tea towel over the back of my neck to cool it down a bit. As I said before it's not major, a little warm and it's not sore or anything atm.
Basically just looking for some reassurance that everything will be ok and I'm over worrying. Anyone had sunburn before and everything been ok? Also any advice would be helpful too! Thanks!
