I'd really appreciate any positive stories. I've had many miscarriages and really trying to stay hopeful with this one. Hoping and praying this is it for us.

Thanks in advance ❤️

Partner has read this and rushed out to find us some aspirin.

I'm hoping this is it. I have some light, brown spotting today and I'm
Sure you'll all relate to the horrible feeling it brings.

But- staying positive ❤️

Good luck op, make sure it’s 75mg aspirin and not more. Wishing you the best Flowers

megamouse · 17/04/2019 21:04

Crossing my fingers and toes for you Flowers

Make sure you take the aspirin with food to protect your stomach and definitely tell the doctor you’re on it.

Spotting is always scary but as long as it’s brown it’s old blood and I had a couple of fishes of bright red early in my successful pregnancy which was terrifying but turned out to be a blood clot and the baby was perfectly fine. This stuff is sent to test our sanity!

Very angry today doctors called and told me the test came back negative. Despite 2 positive clear blue digital and 4 positive first response. It's really messing with my head and now I don't know what to think.

I'm so sorry @megamouse. It totally messes with our heads. I had a similar experience and it turned out to be pregnancy of unknown location. Test again in a week and contact them if still positive or if you feel pregnant. Have you had a scan at all? Any bleeding?

megamouse · 18/04/2019 12:25

No bleeding no scan yet

@megamouse with my son, I had positive tests coming out of my ears. I then ended up in hospital with excruciating back pains and although I told them I was pregnant they refused to believe me. They even did a scan and said nothing was there (obvs it was too early to see). They obviously thought I was a bit mad (dreaming up a pregnancy after lots of losses), gave me some super strong painkillers (which I didn't take!) and sent me home.

A week later I was still getting positive tests and then it was confirmed by my consultant.

Fingers crossed for you, it's a horribly stressful and anxiety inducing time.

Wishing you and bean the best.

I had recurrent MCs then took asprin/clexane and now have a mischevious DS and dc2 is due in Sept.

I'm so sorry megamouse I didn't see the second page. Praying for the best, hopefully it's just baby bursting a blood vessel (had this before) sounds like it could be if it's only light xxxx

EhBeeSee · 20/04/2019 10:55

Oh crap. That’s so crap megamouse. It really does mess with your head. Keep us updated, I’m sending loads of positivity your way x

megamouse · 20/04/2019 16:34

I got another positive clear blue on Friday. Trusting that test. I'm not happy with how my GP have handed it all but I'll not go into it as it stressed me so badly. X
