Just for 3-4 days for a relaxing break?

I think I would probably go if having an uncomplicated pregnancy. The flight is short if going from the UK so risk of DVT is minimal... just drink plenty of water and move around the plane. I would only stay somewhere reputable and clean too. It is an amazing city with so much to see. Also in response to a PP about going during Ramadan, I went during this time and had absolutely no problem getting food during the day. There was plenty of cafes willing to serve westerners. It also made it much more lively at night! From what I understand, there are hospitals with goods standards and facilities...I think they are quite medicalised but they is what you would want if you labour prematurely anyway! Just check insurance before you go to ensure everything is covered!

In general I would be happy to travel at 30 weeks into a healthy pregnancy. However, I have been to Marrakech and got so very ill I’m just one weekend away. I’m not sure how as I was very careful with food but I was so violently sick I think it could have triggered labour had I been pregnant.

I would if you were planning to make the most of a lovely hotel and spend the time in the pool and enjoying all inclusive food and mocktails. However if you're a sightseer, I think it may be too hot to be traipsing around while pregnant.
