Hi all, im wondering if anyone can help me.......i have read that although orange juice is super good for u when pregnant, it has to be pasterised. I have scanned the shopping aisles and cannot find the word pasterised on any atall 🤔 the same for yoghurt ! Im craving both, prob lacking in something but i dont want to risk it ? A lovely lady on here told me all yoghurts are pasterised so maybe i can just take it for granted that its the same for OJ ? Would really appreciate advice 😁
