Ladies, has anyone experienced this? I'm 8 weeks yesterday, had a scan at 6 weeks saw baby and heartbeat everything was fine until last night. I went to the loo, and had some spotting only when I wipe it's been pink/ brownish but now it's quite dark brown. I've been to the GP this morning I have a scan tomorrow at 11am but I'm so worried. The bleeding stopped bleeding when I went to bed and I've had nothing all morning until just which was this.
I had a miscarriage early jan and I'm so scared it's happening again but I do remember I was bleeding heavy and red by now!! Please help and thank you for taking the time 😢 xxx

Think I've had about 12 scans in this pregnancy between epu, screening ones and private haha just needed reassurance constantly and I know people say absoloutley not but I bought a doppler even my midwife said she didn't blame me which gave me alot of reassurance after every bleed. Wouldn't use it now though as baby's heartbeat is so similar to my own. Do get checked though if it's still heavy xx

Did the sonographer not say what you should do or seem overly worried about the bleeding? I would think that of course the babies wellbeing is ok, but what about yours? X

Amyszymm · 07/04/2019 19:51

@xJune88 I don't blame you at all hun!! So so glad things are okay though! Xx

@LittleRedSocks no hun she didn't mention anything and didn't seem concerned about the bleeding at all. I'm gonna go to my GP again on Tuesday and get referred back cause it's still happening xxx

Aw you poor thing, it’s so worrying!! Yes deffo do whatever you can to get sorted and to put your mind at ease! Xx

xJune88 · 07/04/2019 21:21

Try ring epu directly and explain the full situation and hopefully they'll let you self refer and will look after you. My local epu were amazing it's a shame everyone's arnt the same standard! Xx

Gruzinkerbell1 · 07/04/2019 23:22

What June said ^^ Ring your EPU

Just an update. I went to my GP today as I'm still bleeding, got another scan on Thursday at 10am. I got home today after the doctors and went to the toilet and lost a big clot, biggest I've ever lost. Rang EPAU and they said they don't have no earlier appointments so I'm going to have to wait till Thursday now. I just hope everything is okay 💐 xxx

My friend has had this; she has a varicose vein in an awkward place that keeps bleeding! Hope you're okay.

xJune88 · 09/04/2019 16:52

Fingers very tightly crossed for you. My bleeding kept going until I passed a big clot then stopped my body was obv bleeding until I passed the clot it then slowed down. Really hope you get good news. Lots of love xxx

Amyszymm · 09/04/2019 17:07

@QuestionableMouse thank you hun! Xx

@xJune88 how big was your clot hun? Was it just the once? I'm so worried, sorry for all the questions xxx

Every time my bleeding restarted randomly between 8-17 weeks I would pass a clot bigger than a 50p which was apparently the major concern as they were quite big each time. It's just so scary and not knowing exactly what is happening and if your baby is ok. I never ever had any pain at all. No problems ask away it's a crap situation to be in. Has it slowed down and have you had any pain? Keep us updated xx

Amyszymm · 10/04/2019 07:38

@xJune88 I passed another clot a few hours after the one if already passed. Bleeding is still the same, I keep thinking it's slowing down and then it starts again!! I'm in no pain whatsoever so that's gotta be a good sign I hope 🤞 💐 xxx

Amyszymm · 11/04/2019 13:07

Just to let anyone reading this know that I've been for my scan this morning, baby is still there but sadly baby's heart has stopped beating and measuring a couple of days behind than it should. Thank you all so much for your support and advice. It obviously just isn't my time 💐💐 xxx
