How pregnant am I.... by bump?

Just a very lighthearted thread.

Everyone who knows how pregnant I am keeps telling me I have a huge bump - except the midwife!

So as a bunch of strangers with no idea how pregnant I am, by bump alone - how many weeks?

Feel free to add your own bump pics if you want to play.

This was me at 28ish weeks. Baby was 7lbs 10!

Sexnotgender · 30/03/2019 09:01

Hard to tell as not proper side on picture. I’d guess around 28 weeks.

CastorTroyWantsHisFaceBack · 30/03/2019 09:08

I’m 30 weeks!

So a few got it right - interesting how many guessed over.

My sympathies to those who thought 20-odd weeks if your bump was this big then Shock

Thanks for playing - it passed some time whilst I’m stuck in waiting for DH’s bloody shed!

PrinceofPies over 10lb Shock

Here’s some cake Cake and a round of applause for you!

I thank you for the Cake !

Wish you luck OP. That seems a perfectly reasonable normal bump for 30 weeks. Hopefully youll get a reasonable normal sized baby at the end of it Grin

DerelictWreck · 30/03/2019 09:16

Can't believe someone thought 16weeks!!

abcriskringle · 30/03/2019 09:17

Ah I was going to guess 30w. Looked similar to me at that point with my first - he was 8lbs 10oz and I was expecting him to weigh about a stone because everyone kept going on about how enormous I was!!! Congratulations btw!

BananasAreTheSourceOfEvil · 30/03/2019 09:21

OP I read that as 'passed some time while I'm stuck waiting in DH's bloody shed'!!

I wondered why he left you in a shed... [embarrassed]

Mememeplease · 30/03/2019 09:26

Deliberately haven't read the thread but I'd say 6.5 to 7 months.

Now I'll go and find the answer.

Sexnotgender · 30/03/2019 09:27

Totally normal sized bump for 30 weeks.

Mememeplease · 30/03/2019 09:29

Feeling oddly satisfied with myself now.

Good luck for the birth 🍀

Elizabeth2019 · 30/03/2019 09:31

Lovely sized bump, used to make me laugh when the midwife was telling me it was too small and everyone else said I was huge! I had a 7lb 8 here but still a small/slow grower. I did suddenly increase at 38 weeks though ! Didn’t even wear maternity clothes until then

CastorTroyWantsHisFaceBack · 30/03/2019 09:34

Thanks all! I’m in the stage of pretending that the baby just appears in my arms at the end of it rather than think about the birth Blush

Haha Bananas he’s not quite that bad, although I’m sure he was tempted last week when I sobbed because he told his mother I’d been grumpy because I hadn’t slept for a few days. I’m not even sure why it upset me but it took a good twenty minutes to stop the tears Hmm

I thought you were 27 similar to me, I had a baby last year and was induced at 38 due to him getting big, he was 9lb at 38 so glad I don't go to 42! Interested to see how big this next one is

CastorTroyWantsHisFaceBack · 30/03/2019 09:37

Shock Thesearmsofmine that’s a lovely, albeit big, bump!
