Heart breaking year. Now got brown spotting after BFP?

Can anyone give me positive stories of brown spotting? I'm only 4 or 5 weeks. I have light brown spotting and mild cramps and I'm terrified.

Please no horror stories as I've had enough heartbreak this year.

Any stories of brown spotting and happy endings would be great.

Happy update for you ladies and anyone experiencing the same.
I've had lots of miscarriages. Now carrying a very healthy 13 week pregnancy. I think 75mg of aspirin a day really helped.

How wonderful, congratulations!

@megamouse congratulations. With the aspirin are you only supposed to take it if you've had bleeding? I want to do everything possible to keep this baby (6+2) today. After previous miscarriages. I haven't had any bleeding though?
