Please tell me I’m not pregnant!!! PLEASE!!!

My periods are like clockwork . 24-25 days cycle. Today is day 27 and there is no sign :(
We did the deed this cycle, but DH had a condom on AND pulled out in time.
PLEASE tell me I’m not pregnant. Please :(

You're probably not pregnant. Try to relax. Stress can delay your period.

I would say no if you used a condom and pulled out..

If you just started working out that could def delay your period

Im usually regular but sometimes off by a couple days

Thanks everyone. I’m slightly relieved. Would the pregnancy kit have surely caught it at 2-3 days late if I was pregnant?

Also, I just want to clarify. I’m not over-reacting or making a big deal out of being just a few days late. In the last 20yrs, I missed my periods ONLY when I was pregnant. And all other times, they were NEVER late.

Yes 2-3 days would usually be enough hormones to show up on a test. I would give it another few days and if still no period then maybe test again

I just got my period - ten days late, I was due ten days ago which was the day of my operation and was praying I didn’t get it. Ten days later and just got it. I assume it was because of the operation, general anaesthetic etc.

What I’m saying I guess is that there are lots of things that can make them late, but if you are generally pretty on the nail, it can be scary.

Have you recently started exercising more heavily than you’re used to? Any new stresses or medications?

I only ask because my period has been delayed a few times in the past and it was usually because I’d been running more than usual or because I was going through a stressful period.

It isn’t unusual for the occasional late period to happen. The test was negative and you used a condom anyway, you’re not pregnant.

No period yet. Day 29 today. I NEVER had a 29 day cycle!

Yes do another test but try not to panic, it's still only a bit late, not crazy late. Hope you get the result you want.

Thank you @Sakura7. I will do another test first thing tomorrow morning. 4 days late today and my boobs are hurting a bit now. This usually happens a few days before my period starts. I really hope it starts soon.
