When did you first notice a bump?

Hello! I am 14 weeks now with my first baby and just curious to know when everyone first noticed their bump? I am excited to buy some maternity clothes and actually look pregnant haha! My husband tells me I will regret saying that in a few months 😂

Not really sure. I guess around week 16 was when I was glad to be in leggings. I had a teeny tiny waist before I was pregnant and that went around week 8-10 due to bloat. I'm now 27+1 and people are still surprised when I tell them how far along I am as tummy is not that big - which is slightly worrying as baby is measuring small. But still growing so I'm hopeful.

It was summer and normal supper dresses fitted fine, was 5 months before anyone even noticed they were getting full - with dd2 was the same, looked about 6 months pregnant when I was full term and the nurse on triage assumed I was in premature labour and went to page the on call on gyn until I said it was my due date!

I was a tall size 10-12 with both of mine (sadly not the case anymore!) and I was around 25 weeks with my first and a bit earlier with my second. I know I was wearing my size 10 regular skinny jeans to my 20 week scans. I’d tried maternity clothing before these points but it kept falling down! Maternity wear is pretty rubbish anyway so revel in being able to wear regular clothes a while longer!

I had a bump at week 9 ish , maybe slightly before. I was a 6 six with flat stomach though. I know at that stage it was bloating but it was all shaped exactly like a baby bump (very round and only at front) so I definitely looked pregnant.

I'm quite short and certainly felt like I had a bump from about week 13. But looking back at photos I was tiny. And really it was only noticeable to me or people who knew. 19 weeks I had a round bump and then it truly popped at 20 (the change in that one week was massive! I felt so stretched...). Now 26 weeks and feel huge. Love my bump but it does make things more challenging - am in slip-on shoes only, stare blankly at things I've dropped because bending down to the ground is suddenly very hard, etc!

I am a size 6. So showed early. Noticibly pregnant by 16wks huge big bump by about 23wks.

In labour mw said had biggest roundest bump shed ever seen. Was huge even though measured 3wks behind. Like someone stuck a beachball on my front. Only gained 1.5 stone though. So was all baby.
