Hi Laila. Sorry to hear you're feeling like this. I was in a similar situation. Weeks 6 to 10 were the worst for me. I didn't use to actually throw up but felt so nauseous all the time, the food just would go down, I spent my time moaning and burping. Now I'm 14 weeks and I think it started easing off slowly around week 13.
Just be careful what you eat, nothing heavy, eat small amounts of food that's easily digested. My favourite was natural yoghurt with mashed banana and berries, vegetable soup for lunch, maybe salad or a a bit of brown bread with cheese for dinner, things like that. Lots of fruit, lots of mineral water to stay hydrated. Also get out of the house - I find that long walks in the park always help. I hope you feel better soon :) x

I'm 6+5 and I have all day sickness too.
Eating really helps me, even when I really don't feel like it.
And as Sandrine1982 says, walking helps. I was out walking the dog this morning and it was the best I've felt so for days.
Hope you feel better soon.

Morning, I am 5+3 but the past three days have been an absolute nightmare. I feel sick all the time but do want to eat fruit. It’s all very ironic that most my adult life I try to reduce what I eat but fail and at a time I need to be eating I can’t face it.
I hope you don’t mind me joining in.
I had a very bad experience with my gp yesterday, went to visit as I’m 34, have had issues with CIN3 and LLETZ procedure in the past so thought it be best to pop in. She was obnoxious, rude and made me really worried. She basically said I was “high risk” and to come see a midwife when I’m ten weeks, didn’t explain my risks and talked over me when I asked questions which she didn’t answer (she did my blood pressure but nothing else). I left in tears and partner was furious.
Thankfully partner drove straight to another gp practice who were lovely and gave me an appointment that day. What a difference in the two, she was lovely, explained everything to me and made me feel so much better. I am high risk but now understand why and what can be done to help. It’s a mind boggling and traumatic time and it’s sad you can’t rely on people who should be there to help.
