Just a big rant really. I AM BLOODY SORE!!!!

Pregnant with dc2 and pain kicked in early this time. I'm strapped up to the point my abdomen looks like a scene from the mummy, crutches are my new best friend and feel like I am rocking a paracetamol addiction.

It's ridiculous really, I can't even empty the dishwasher let alone pick up my toddler. So bloody frustrated and p'd off.

Anyone else? Any hints or tips that might help?

Sadly I can relate! 33 weeks now and feel like I've been hit by a bus when I wake up in the morning, don't get me started on how I feel after a 'quick' trip to the shops.

I actually put a thread on here somewhere about wanting to be induced at 37 weeks because I feel so sorry for my toddler who's inevitably missing out on alot of fun activities because I'm getting increasingly immobile.

I'm due at the end of next month and dread to think what shape I'll be in by then Sad

This is my third and im 33 weeks, but it seems to start earlier each pregnancy. I am also 10months post op on a hip repair operation, which is...fun! I'm so uncomfortable and have two ithers to run around after, hopefully the next 7 weeks will be bearable

Already starting to suffer on early 2nd trimester. Often feel like I've been kicked in the crotch. My midwife has referred me for physio (anyone know how long that's likely to take) already have various support belts and cushions and am trying to not to lift large 2 year old (easier said than done) any other tips? Really don't want to be immobile for next 6 months

I had a section three months ago with my DS. The minute the anaesthetic kicked in I nearly fell asleep. It wasn't the meds (it was a local) - it was just not being in pain for the first time in 6 months. I was so tired and uncomfortable, the relief was immense. I don't think anyone who hasn't had it can understand.

Mind you, I also think sections are a breeze because the recovery is SO EASY compared to the months of PGP beforehand. I always push myself too hard because I'm finally able to move again.

My sympathies to each and every one of you - it's the absolute pits.

Please can I join.
First baby I'm 23 and 21 weeks pregnant nearly 22. This has just been diagnosed for me. Have physio Monday. Any tips?! Everything just hurts to do 😔😔

I'm only 22 weeks and this all kicked in properly about 4 weeks ago but started getting sore stupidly early 🙄.

My poor daughter, I have not lifted her for weeks 😢 and daddy has to do bed time cause I can't lift her in the cot.

Thankfully I managed to get a physio appointment the same day cause I called them directly in tears. I think different places take different amounts of time, same as everywhere nhs lottery!

THIS IS SHIT! But on the plus side my DH brings me tea and has to do the dishes - silver linings and all that 😁

When I was sore but not too bad they had me doing pelvic bridges and pelvic tilts to strengthen the muscles to support but I have no chance now! Just rest rest and more rest which sounds lovely but I'm going insane!!!

For anyone not made it to the physio yet a few little tips. I have a leaflet thing somewhere and will try and attach it when I get into my laptop but hopefully these little things might help.

Keep your knees together, always! Turning in bed, in and out of bed and the car etc. Get dressed sitting down, try not to stand on one leg, stairs one at a time leading with you sorest side, sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees. ICE!!!

I can't think of any more just now but I will dig out the leaflet.

Anyone else got little things that help?

P.S where the hell is my pregnancy glow?! 🙄
