Early pregnancy - tiredness and nausea

I’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow. Much wanted IVF baby. First scan week after next and trying to be positive after a MMC last year,

This last week I’ve been ridiculously tired and feeling nauseous when hungry. Been going to bed super early, sleeping on the train and then yawning all morning. Is this usual this early on? I had an eye infection last week and wondering if it’s due to that. I did not feel like this last time so hoping could be a good sign.

Going to miss my evenings is I carry on going to bed before 9pm.

Currently 4weeks +1 day. So tired already. This is my first pregnancy, dont know how I'll cope lol but so excited. Age 27 and due 21/11/19

Recently joined (currently 10 weeks), and found this thread very comforting!! I feel such a burden complaining to my OH constantly. (He doesn't mind - he's been a complete saint and I go to bed most nights listening to him cleaning the house because he knows I can't!) It's actually nice to hear other women's complaints!

I've felt nauseous 24/7 for the past three weeks with no actual sickness. I don't feel pregnant - just ill! Grin Trying to take it day by day as I get towards our 12 week scan!

Been comforting to me too hearing from other. First trimester is so hard as you can’t really tell anyone. I look look enviously at those women with their baby on board badges on the tube when completely shattered after a day at work.

Had an argument with my lovely Mum last night after 9pm as felt so tired and sick and just wanted my bed!.

Just hope I want chocolate by the time Easter comes, I love an egg!

Hey,

We asked a midwife, Clare, to go over early signs of pregnancy... Tiredness and nausea both feature!

Hope you find it helpful

People have started questioning why I'm always complaining about the smells in the staff kitchen after people have microwaved their lunch. I've started to smell it all the way from my desk so that video explains it! Grin

Also the insatiable thirst! Although I've suddenly hated the thought of plain water, so I'm going through squash in buckets :D
