Did anyone find their c section scar caused stretch marks in their pregnancy?

Do you mean did the scar afterwards cause stretch marks?

With my first pregnancy I did not have one stretch mark throughout the entire pregnancy but DS1 ended up being born via emergency c section. A couple of weeks after the birth when I was brave enough to look in the mirror at my tummy and scar, sure enough there were several tiger stripe stretch marks just above where the scar was! I can only assume it was from the pulling/tugging they did when getting DS1 out.
I used a really good aloe vera gel which helped get rid of them after a month or so.

Now almost 37 weeks pregnant with DC2 and again, I dont have a single stretch mark, but having an elective and preparing myself for having more stretch marks after the procedure.

Ah I see, I'm glad the aloe Vera helped! I got terrible terrible stretch marks on my thighs, hips and boobs during puberty which I'm still very self conscious of.

I managed with pregnancy number one to avoid stretch marks apart from one a few milimetres long from my old belly button piercing.

So now I wonder for my second pregnancy if the tough and inflexible scar tissue will cause stretch marks?

Are you planning on breastfeeding? There was an article recently on a lady who faded her stretch marks with breastmilk. I havent tried personally (cant be bothered to express)
