Baby has implanted in a bad place - close to interstitial portion

Hi ladies,
I had a scan yesterday at 5+4 as they were concerned it was ectopic due to odd HCG pattern at the beginning. Luckily it’s not ectopic. The doctor doing the scan didn’t say anything about being concerned but she did write on her report that the GS has implanted high up and quite close to the interstitial portion but confirmed by 3D scan that it was in the uterus and not ectopic.

She wants to scan again in a week but I stupidly googled it when I got home and now I am terrified this means the baby can’t continue in that place ☹️ Does anyone have any experience with this ?? X

Interstitial implantation is completely normal in the human species - it simply means that the embryo implants within the uterine wall and is not an indication of where in the uterus implantation has occurred (just that it's within the uterine wall).

Other species implant differently... so not sure why it was even comment-worthy by the ultrasonographer?
