Is it normal to have no morning sickness AT ALL

I am 10 wks pregnant and to date I have had no morning sickness, or feeling of sickness at all. Maybe I’m super lucky but was wondering if anyone else has not had it either?

I have other symptoms such as incredibly sore boobs and constant extreme tiredness but nothing on the sick front.

I felt a little bit nauseous for a few days with my DS but was never sick, only once around 6 months when I got an actual tummy bug. FX this one is the same as I'm now working in a school and it's harder to just run to the toilets!

I had no nausea during my pregnancy! A fair few of my friends didn't either. No specific cravings for me either.. unless you count Rennies as I had heart burn for the first time in my life instead Grin

Nope and I had twins 👯

Stormwhale · 27/02/2019 07:16

I wouldn't count your chickens just yet. I'm 26 weeks and mine has come back. This is a boy, and the sickness has been much worse than with our dd.

I never had it, but I was blessed with third trimester projectile vomiting whenever I moved in a way to make the baby press on my stomach. Those were the days...

I’m 9 weeks and no sickness either at all. Slight nausea when travelling in a car but not strong. Xx

You are so lucky. I had MS with son, but it was another level with this baby (due soon) and could only eat a few things-even went of chocolate! I didn't have HG either and I was miserable.

It seems like I'm one of the few people in my family that get it. I get quite bad PM symptoms though, even though I have short cycles and a 2 day period, so must just be sensitive to hormonal fluctuations.

Enjoy it! I'm sure you'll have something else come along to make you miserable soon. Everything goes a bit weird in pregnancy.

I was told about a third of women don’t get it which seemed such a high number to me considering it is often one of the first things I’ve heard pregnant women complaining of.

I’m on my sixth pregnancy and have never experienced it.

I had no morning sickness, no cravings or anything really. If we were back in the days of no pregnancy tests, I really would not have know I was pregnant!

Third trimester I had awful heartburn/indigestion, but I'm quite short and there is only so much room in my torso, I expected it.

Nope, I had 4 pregnancies and never a moment of morning sickness. Or sore boobs or cravings. Instead, I swelled up quite a lot in the third trimester of my first pregnancy, but it was a very hot summer so maybe that was related? And I had extreme fatigue in subsequent pregnancies in both the first and third trimesters. Oh yes, and reflux/heartburn such that I couldn't lie down to sleep, and severe SPD which is probably going to affect me off and on for life in pregnancies 3 and 4. But no nausea at all. It isn't an essential symptom!

I think it’s totally normal - I’ve had a couple of friends who never got a hint of it (one was pregnant with twins would you believe?!!) You’re the lucky ones!!

I didn't have any sickness at all during my first pregnancy (boy) and I haven't had it so far this pregnancy either so hoping I've escaped it now! I'm 12 weeks 3 days

cardboard33 · 01/03/2019 16:38

I haven't have any sickness, nausea, cravings, aversions or anything like that and from about 9-16 weeks (when I first felt movements) I was convinced that there wasn't anything there.

Currently at 37 weeks and still don't really feel pregnant, still wondering when all of the pregnancy related things will kick in....!

Never had morning sickness with DD nor DS. Also did not have any cravings.
