Hi everyone!
I am worried sick and would love some reassurance. I am 11 weeks pregnant with twins. Got my 12 week scan next Thursday but recently I have been feeling remarkably good. I didn't have any nausea, just really tired and sore boobs. The sore boobs have gone and I don't seem to be peeing so much. Full of wind and still tired and have occasional mild ache in low abdomen but apart from that I don't feel pregnant. Worried I have MC and I can't sleep for worrying.
Any help would be much appreciated xx

You are approaching second trimester - I started to feel so much better too around 12/13wks. Nausea went, and I felt much less shattered, but still asleep by 7pm most nights, and yeah, the wind. OMG I could have blown the roof off a few times ;-). If you are really worried, then please speak to your MW. Pregnancy is such a rollercoaster of emotions and physical changes, it's confusing at the best of times! good luck with the scan next week!

I'm currently pregnant with DC3 and in each pregnancy, I've not had one single symptom. No sickness, no nausea, no pains.
The only thing I did have was fatigue!

I know it's not easy, but try not to worry. Some of us are just blessed with easy pregnancies!

I haven't had a single symptom so far this pregnancy and I'm currently 28 weeks if i didn't have a huge bump I'd be clueless! Even bled up to 16 weeks x
