Pregnant on first try!

How many mommies have gotten pregnant on their first try conceiving in their fertility window?? My hubby and I have TTC once while I was in my fertility window and then he had to go back down south for military training. We aren't able to TTC 3 or more times a month due to him being gone so often. So on the rare chance, he is home close to my fertility window we try!! This is the first window we have had where I have been 2 days before my ovulation!! Need some positive thoughts about hoping we have convived!!

Me 😊 was 29 and luckily got pregnant straight away. Was very happy as I am quite emotionally unstable and don't think I could handle TTC for a long time.

Me! Cycles were pretty irregular so no real idea of when I was ovulating so was extremely shocked when we found out we conceived straight away!

I did, currently watching DH holding our newborn.

We'd been told it would probably take us a long time to conceive as I have very long cycles and a short luteal phase and DH works away during the week. DTD one weekend around when I thought I might be ovulating and got pregnant. Feel very lucky as I'd been sure we'd struggle.

Me, twice! Second time was not on purpose 🙈 apparently dh and I are reeeeeally fertile...

Same here. First month of trying got pregnant, miscarried really early doors (less than 5 weeks), got pregnant again very next cycle - the date of my last period was the day of the miscarriage, my son is now 2. Next time round we weren’t trying but also knew we wanted another so were just avoiding my fertile time each month, one month we didn’t bother to avoid it, had sex once in that week & my daughter is now 3 weeks old.

Was 33 when I conceived first time - 34 when I had him & 35 second time, 36 when I had her (know it sounds awful but I don’t really class the miscarriage as first time, I only knew I was pregnant for a couple of days & we conceived straight away again so didn’t have time to be too upset).

We know we are incredibly lucky & I’m so thankful we have 2 perfect children when others around us have really struggled & still are, it almost makes you feel guilty for having it so easy.

Me! I was 100% convinced that it would take us a very long time - high BMI, 39 and OH 52 - but it took one BD. Now just 5 weeks and 4 days until my little boy is due. I consider us incredibly lucky!!! Wish you lots of luck!!!

First try for ds1... chanced it with ds2 as id forgot my pill but was still breastfeeding so figured it would be fine... I did not plan 2 under 2 😂

Me! Got pregnant on our first month trying, we did have a lot of sex cause we felt like it, still was expecting it to take longer. I'm now 7 months pregnant and can't wait to meet our little angel :)

Me! Got pregnant first cycle of trying and I’m now 33 weeks :) we were very lucky x

Me for dc2. We literally did it once.

However it took 2 years to conceive dc1.

Me! We literally did it once in the fertile window that first month. Now 20 weeks. Thought it would take ages as I have some hormonal issues. Could not believe it; expected it to take up to a year.

Me, twice. DS1 was literally one time unprotected (not planned per se but we were open to having a baby!), DS2 was 1 cycle but multiple attempts within the window!

@hdipper17 me! My first pregnancy we decided to try in July 18 and first try I was pregnant sadly I had a miscarriage in October 18 but had my first period after mc in December and I'm pregnant again! So first month twice for me! Goodluck xxx

Me both times round.

First time I came off the pill in the May had first period end of June and found out I was pregnant 2 weeks later.

This time round I had never gone back on contraception. We decided we’d try end of June and fell straight away.

Feel very lucky, DS2 is due end of March

Me! Straight away with DS1 and now again pregnant (27 ish weeks) with DD1. We only managed to 'try' once in my fertile period and thankfully conceived her!

Me 3 times. Only had sex once each month as well.

Yep, ID twins. I plan to use it to scare dds into being extremely careful when they have sex

We weren't trying at all with DD1.
