Hi Everyone,

Sorry if I'm posting this to the wrong thread (it's my first post, eek!). I found out at 3 weeks pregnant and I am currently 9 weeks pregnant so I am trying my best to eat food that will give my baby its best start.

This was fine until recently, I cannot stomach anything except cornflakes, apples and ready salted crisps. Everything else I'm fine preparing but I just cannot eat it. Please tell me this is something that will go away, I feel awful.

I already have a son but I found out much later with him (17w!).

Thank you Smile

Xx

I found that by 11 weeks I had a tiny bit more flexibility in what I could eat, and since about 13 weeks I’ve moved a lot closer to something which could be described as a normal diet.

9 weeks is peak nausea time for many people (it certainly was for me! Ugh), so it hopefully won’t be long before your aversions start to decrease. The first day a vegetable seems like a good idea (possibly an essential idea - the only acceptable food) is a glorious one!
