When does back/hip pain need more medical attention?

Sorry for awful thread title. I’m 27 weeks tomorrow and for the last month have had awful trouble with my back. Initially my lower back kind of gave way, a problem I’ve suffered on and off with the last two years, due to a very stiff back and hips which don’t quite align correctly. Referral to physio was very quick and I was given some gentle exercises to do, and a tube bandage to wear, though I haven’t been able to bear it for long as it feels so restrictive on my stomach. But despite the initial problem being much better within a week, since then my hips have been badly suffering, I’ve had pain in both hips, and when I get up in the night I can’t bear weight on whichever side I’ve been lying on, so have to kind of limp to the loo. Today I’ve suddenly become much worse. Not a particularly busy day, after we’d stopped for lunch I suddenly couldn’t move my right hip without significant pain. I can’t seem to move my leg forward if that makes sense, I can stretch it backwards no problem but actually walking and having to move my leg is agony. I can’t raise my leg when sitting and I needed help getting into bed. I’m finally lying down with a hot water bottle on my hip, and have covered it in ibuprofen gel. I’m dreading having to try to get out of bed when I need to. But I’m worried this isn’t normal. Luckily we have some crutches I can use but is this worth a trip to the walk in centre tomorrow? I can self refer back to physio but I doubt I’d be seen as quickly as before. Baby has been confirmed as sitting very low down and I wonder if she’s simply sitting on a nerve?
