Hi everyone,
I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant; 1st baby & have no idea when my next midwife appointments should be.

I know I need to call & book it myself & they don't send a letter or anything but I'm not sure when I should actually be going.

I've had my 20 week scan.

Hope someone can help :)

There should be a list or flow chart in your maternity notes as it can vary between areas but from memory it's 24 weeks then 28.

This might be helpful. Looks like around 25 weeks (I'm in Scotland and had mine at 24)

I think I had one 4 or 5 weeks after my 20 week scan. There should be a list in your notes

My handheld notes have a list at the back of when I should be seen, is there anything like that in yours?

I was seen at 16 weeks, then had 20 week scan, then next midwife appointments at 24 weeks, 28 weeks (with bloods) and 32 weeks.

this is the standard care pathway so your next routine appointment would be 25 weeks. However if you have concerns or want to speak to your midwife you can book additional appointments.

Thank you everyone. I've called & booked one for 25 weeks.
Just need to make sure I can pick my MatB1 form up before then as it needs to be with my employer before 25 weeks ?! 😐

I also needed my MatB form in between appointments, I called up and they said to pop in with my notes and the receptionist got a midwife to do it for me when she was free.
