So as the title says HELP!

Literally the most painful thing at night. I've changed my pillows, ice my wrists before bed and have supports and up probably every hour in pain.

Any advice?

Go and see your gp, they can refer you for further help.

No nothing helps !!!!! I'm so sorry to say !! Codine but that will make you constipated and cause other issues.
Mine didn't go away after either I had some in injections which did nothing .....so when my son was 4 weeks old I had an operation and it was released. OP hurt quite a bit but I'd do anything at that stage!
Two other pregnancies and had a little in my other hand but nothing so serious.
My entire arm would go dead and I was struggling to pick up my son !!!
Good luck !

Don't think there is much you can do when pregnant, I was lucky to have mine snipped not long after my ectopic so before I had my first child, my left wrist has never been as bad though it has it,

I did use to fine wearing the support at night uncomfy so didn't wear it but from docs advise keeps hand under my pillow flat, I don't move much in my sleep, wore the support all day.

When I did have it snipped I had it wrapped up for 2 weeks, bandage was so big that I couldn't do anything with it, so if you do have op after baby horn may be worth making sure someone's around to help with baby.

Make sure that you wear the supports all night. That helped me.

I had this, wore splints and used cold things. Fortunately for me it stopped as soon as the baby was born. I hope you haven’t long to go! For me the swelling that led to it was all pg related and it just went away when I stopped being pg.

The supports should be helping. Be sure they fit correctly.

Wear the supports and take notice if gets worse at any point. Mine flared up after typing a lot in work, handing over work. Had to stop typing it was that sore. It disappeared when I had my son and didn't reappear in second pregnancy
