Would a humidifier help

I'm continually waking in the night snorting like a pig, it's so loud it wakes me up. It's a struggle to breath as the nose/throat feels so dry and gluey - only happens at night or when I'm laying down.

Would a humidifier help, keep the moisture in the air etc next to my bed?

Any other recommendations- other than birth I'm 24 weeks

Ugh sorry I don't know the answer but I hope someone does. Just wanted to say solidarity! I've been like this for a couple months - to the point that my partner and I can no longer share a room. I've also spent 2 nights in the antenatal ward and both times with different women I was kept up all night by the loudest snoring I've ever heard. So I think this is extremely common in pregnant women for some reason!

@Liz3891 my poor hubbie is very tolerant of it atm.. he finds it funny if I doze off before him and then wake myself up.. he peers over the top of his book smirking at me

This is my third pregnancy ( 4th baby as had twins first time) and this pregnancy has had ALL the glorious symptoms so far

Beware though, im pretty sure humidity attracts spiders!

I've been having the same thing. I've suspected sleep apnea as I wake up in the night needing to catch my breathe. I bought a mouth guard for the unbearable loud snoring but it hasn't really helped much. Hubby says this snoring only started in third trimester so probably down to baby getting big and generally pregnancy stuff but the struggling to breathe at some points in the night worries me.
