Pregnant when you already have one under one?

My DD is ten months old. I'm four months pregnant. Oh. My. God. I'm so tired. I've just started back at work (so I can get another lot of maternity pay), DD is waking at 4am daily and I'm just getting more and more run down. Sick this week and today developed a cold.
DD is my soul, but really demanding. Won't play alone or generally chill out, always needs attention. Any other pregnant ladies in the same boat and want a little whinge?
Anyone been there and available to give me a pep talk?
It's just gone 9pm and I had four hours sleep last night so am already in bed. 💤

@SSRainbow I know what you mean. Work colleagues say "how were your days off" and I think - "are you kidding, these are my days off!"

A three year old and ten month old?! You're a hero!
I'm really hoping the poor sleep is a phase. She was always a bad sleeper, but we did sleep training at 8 months which worked a treat until now.

I have a 12 month old and a six week old (planned, but the second was premature so the gap got a bit smaller).
It is so much easier than I expected.
We had to redo the sleep training when my DD hit 11 mo. We just did it as if from scratch exactly as before, worked a treat.

I feel your pain! I have 17 month old twins and I am 12 weeks pregnant. I will have 3 under 2. I have no idea how I am going to cope. I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. One twin wakes at 5am every day no matter what. Just hoping they sleep a bit longer when this baby comes. Any advice welcome!!!

I’d advise buying a playpen, so you have somewhere safe to put your toddler while attending to the baby.
I was pregnant with DD2 when DD1 was 7 months old. Nearest relatives were 250 miles away, and DH died before DD2’s first birthday.
It was bloody hard going, and I was exhausted with grief on top of trying to earn a living and raise two babies single handed. But we survived. You will too!
Mine are adults now, and the small age gap was really handy all through their childhood, as they liked the same age appropriate activities. It must be impossible trying to entertain a teenager and a toddler simultaneously, without one or other getting bored.
