I flew to Canada at 12 weeks and back at 14. No issues at all was just like travelling normally.

I've done this in two pregnancies and was fine.

I'd check your insurance covers pregnancy and have a scan before going to check it's in the right place - I am pretty paranoid about American healthcare costs.

I flew to South Africa at 4 weeks and back just before 6. Now 13 and a bit weeks. Just walk around if you need to.

I flew to Boston by myself at 9 weeks. Plenty of water, compression socks, loose trousers for bloating and get an aisle seat! It was totally fine.

I flew to the US at 7 weeks and it was fine - get an aisle seat so getting to the toilet is easier. The flight back wasn't much fun as morning sickness/nausea kicked in while I was away but it was an overnight flight so I tried to sleep for most of it. Take your own food and refuse the airline meal if you're feeling at all queasy - they smell gross.

Australia at 10 weeks and back at 13 weeks! Try and get an aisle seat to walk around and have plenty of water. I had a small bleed in both directions but all was ok and 5 month DD is now cuddled on me 😊
