Breathing pains... Help!

I'm almost 28 weeks and from this morning I have been having pains when breathing in kind of alone the line of the bottom of the ribs. It only happens when I have been lying down for 5 /10 minutes but makes no difference whether I lie on my left, right or back. Doesn't help to be propped up either. Only thing that makes it go away is to sit up straight or stand. Didn't sleep much last night as it came on early hours of this morning. Now I can't lie down at all without it hurting so I don't know how I am going to sleep. I took gaviscon incase it was heartburn but made no difference. I know rib pain can be a sign of pre-eclampsia so slightly have that in the back of my mind but have no swelling or anything else although have had a couple of heart palpitations today and over last couple of days but midwife didn't seem worried by those. Am thinking now maybe it's related? What do you think, is this just baby getting bigger or uterus getting bigger? Was thinking if it were anything serious it wouldn't go away when sitting? Please help!

(I'm not sure I have full picture, but) It sounds just like aches & niggles.
Will it stop you being able to sleep tonite?
Some women talk about they felt like their rib cage would burst in pregnancy, the ribs seem to take some strain for many.

You don't need the added stress of worrying, why not call 111 and ask for a medical opinion, yours and babies health and comfort are your priorities. Flowers

It could totally be just aches and niggles. The fact that it only happens when I lie down makes me think its some kind of pressure thing and baby/uterus shifts into a position when not being pulled down by gravity. I'm not sure how I will sleep tonight as I literally can't lie down in any position without the pain coming! And the pain makes me feel like I can't breathe properly and so I have to sit up to take a big breath.

Yes I may well call 111. Good idea, I had forgotten about that as an option!
