Brown discharge - should I worry

Hi girls I've had a small 10p size brown spot in my knickers, then when going to the loo and wiping (sorry too much info) I have brown discharge.... almost like the end of my period andnit goes brown.

Then a second time it was more pink / red - again just from wiping.

No cramps

8 weeks and 2 days

Waiting for an out of hours doctor to call me been waiting over 2 hours for a call and now I'm tempted to get an early scan privately.

My 12 week scan is 5th November and haven't had any medical advise since finding out and wondered if there is anything for me to worry about in terms of my discharge?

How do I know I am suffering a miscarried ?

I’m so sorry you’re going through this but yes it sounds likely that you’re miscarrying.

I didnt have any pain or cramping with mine either, I’ve had three, so hopefully it won’t be too bad for you. Sending you love x

Just an update;

Have all my scans and tests and what's shown is my sax has dropped and detached itself from my uterus, they can't confirm it yet till the sac is 25mm (at the moment 16mm) but it's likely I will miscarry.
So I have another scan in 2 weeks which will then confirm the outcome but there is just a very slim chance of it being a good outcome.

I've prepared myself for it and just really numb now.

Thank you ladies so much for your advise and keeping me going xx

Just posting some support as I’m experiencing the same thing as you, 8 weeks and started spotting last night. Developed in to reddish bleeding, it’s stopped now just brown when I wipe. I’m fairly certain I’m miscarrying but have a scan in an hour to confirm x

@SSRainbow good luck and please keep me posted, fingers and toes all crossed for you. Will this be your first scan? X
