aw i'd love to, if i could shake the feeling that it's like facing a firing squad.

Miaou · 11/06/2007 21:31

Tutter, is that you? I had bh loads with no. 3, to the point where I was sure I was going into labour each time. If you are at all concerned, the best thing is to ring the labour ward and see what they say. If they are bh, they will be irregular (and possibly evening only, you get a rise in a certain hormone level - can't remember which one - at night and this can trigger contractions) - and obviously they will stop! But you could go in for monitoring just to be on the safe side if it is making you nervous.

Miaou (34 weeks also!!)

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 11/06/2007 21:34

Hi Tutter
Had this on Friday night and was convinced I was in labour! Was restless, couldn't sleep, back aches and 'Contractions'. They weren't that painful though and very irregular. Was made worse by back ache me thinks.
How are they feeling now?

Glad you are feeling better now.

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 12/06/2007 11:56

Same here with the braxton hicks... Am 34+2 and bump goes really hard and it kind of takes my breath away a bit. Just uncomfortable really. I never had them with DS1 but this time (DS2) I've had them for a few weeks now. They started to go into a pattern the other night and I was having them every 10 mins or so... Scared me a bit thats for sure! . Can you report bakc tutter and let us know what the hospital say??? My next appointment isn't for another 2 weeks.

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 12/06/2007 17:08

will do chooster

we're due the same day, both with 2nd dsses

spooky

how old is your ds?

OP posts:
Chooster · 12/06/2007 19:13

DS1 just turned 3 three weeks ago. How do you feel about having another DS? I'm really excited by it but I've had a few people say, "did you hope for a girl?" .
