Feeling a bit sore down below? 31 weeks

So I went for quite a long walk yesterday, involved a few hills but not too bad. Today I feel a bit sore in my lower abdomen but more so on the left side, my vagina also feels like it has more pressure.

Anyone had this? Could it be normal or should I get it checked? Baby had been moving regularly and I've had no bleeding or anything.

Baby has probably moved and/ or you've done a bit more activity than usual and are feeling it because you're quite pregnant. I had a similar thing around 30 weeks after going for a long walk with friends. Walked like John Wayne by the end of the day. Now at 38 weeks it's like that most of the time!

Thanks that's really reassuring to hear, was worried I'd done something serious but hopefully will die down x

Sounds fairly normal. Try icing between the legs for 10mins, I found this helped cool off a bit of flared blood vessels.

33 weeks here. Downstairs is generally a swollen, uncomfortable mess. When I walk, I feel like my insides will fall out, baby's head is pushing on everything so making it very uncomfortable! Spoke to my midwife on Monday and she said it's all normal. But it sucks!

Seems quite normal for this stage of pregnancy. Most soreness has died down but I've got grown pain that I didn't have before, I think the above is right, baby has probably dropped very low into pelvis
