If anyone reading this has an eating disorder and might consider this a trigger, please leave and I'm sorry, it's never my intention to upset anybody..

I'm 9 weeks pregnant, and my nausea is insane!! 😢 (and has been since week 6)
I'm never actually sick, and that's the same outside of pregnancy. It doesn't matter how ill I feel, I raaaarely throw up.

I can't eat anything, which in turn makes me feel worse and its a vicious cycle.

I constantly feel my mouth watering, as if I'm going to throw up and I keep gagging but nothing happens!!

Its driving me crazy.
If I just ram my fingers down my throat and force myself to throw up, do you think I'll feel better or will it just not effect my nausea at all?
I feel like I'm going crazy, and I just want to feel better.
Not even better, just... less bloody nauseated 😂
And atm I have a horrible cold, which isn't what I needed right now and it's making me feel even more sick.
I have a 5 year old to look after as well, so I'd like to feel better for him.

I was physically sick for weeks and weeks at the beginning of my pregnancy. It only began to subside around week 18. I used to feel slightly better after being sick but during actually throwing up I would feel like I was panicking and couldn't catch my breath, so the hour of relief from nausea afterwards was never really worth it! Ginger biscuits sometimes helped, but not always. I still have food aversions now (at week 30) from horrible experiences in early pregnancy..hopefully will be able to eat cheese again after the baby is born!
