What are my chances of induction?

So, bit of background info.
I'm currently 27+4 with baby number 3. My first was growth restricted and was induced at 38 weeks weighing 5lb. Second was fine, no complications and was born a good weight. Pregnancy two was nine years ago and I had no health issues, none that I was aware of anyway.

I'm a chronic asthmatic and have cardiac arrhythmia.. it's an annoyance but didn't think it was a detriment until I had a sleep study done when I was 8 weeks pregnant. It showed my baseline oxygen level was 88% (should be 94-98%) and I was desaturating down to 67% for short periods when asleep.
I've had a host of cardiac investigations also, no anomaly has been found so likely culprit is faulty electrics within the heart itself. I can't be put on beta blockers due to my asthma, so it's essentially something I have to 'put up with' given the heart is under more strain when pregnant my arrhythmia have been daily.
I've had lung CT, cardiac echo and no cause can be found for my low oxygen levels. My medications have been changed and still nothing has helped. I've also developed PGP which is making life harder and more miserable. Physio have asked me to wear a bump belt/back brace, which is helpful when walking but doesn't help with the day to day movement pains of dressing, turning etc.

When all of these issues transpired I was told by my respiratory consultant that the likely outcome would be that I deliver baby early. Since this point I have three other consultants involved in my care and it seems that communication between them has become sporadic. I was told by my obstetric consultant two weeks ago that there's a risk that my low oxygen levels could cause neurological defect in the baby, as well as IUGR and stillbirth. They don't know at what level this happens so I am having bi weekly CTG's to assess baby. I've been trying to ask at every appointment what the plan is going forward but no one is giving me answers. I'm feeling stressed, anxious and worried.. and all the time I'm becoming bigger, more uncomfortable and more breathless. Obviously my priority is Jack, but I'm just wondering why there's no plan being made on delivery, despite the risks to him? I meet with the anaesthetic consultant next week. Has anyone experienced a complicated pregnancy and how do I go about enquiring about induction.. obviously not yet but by 36ish weeks.

Sorry it's long, thank you.
