I’m 11dpo today. Period due in 2/3 days. Took a Tesco own brand pregnancy test. I think it’s vvv faint positive but I guess it could be an Evap. But looks more coloured to me. Any insight? Really a squinter and hard to pick up on photos. I have plenty of symptoms too but I guess it could be pms.

I definitely see a line next to the T.

RosemaryLemonxx · 12/09/2018 20:43

That is pretty positive to me. If you are unsure you could go to the go for a blood test

Gobletoffire · 12/09/2018 21:00

I can see faint lines on your first photos and a line on your second photo.

I would still recommend taking a first response test though. If you are pregnant and very close to your period then you should get a fairly strong line on a first response (unless you ovulated later than you think) x

Thank you all. Going to buy first response tomorrow and will prob take it Friday morning. And if I see anything faint I’ll ask the gp for a blood test but if nothing on it will just assume I’m not pregnant. Can update as and when I know anything if people want updates x

Yes keep us updated, good luck x

Early morning (2am) attempt looks like an evap I think. Don’t think it’s pink enough to be a bfp

I think the line is clearer in your latest test. Perhaps wait a day or two to see what happens?

User12879923378 · 13/09/2018 02:29

That looks positive to me Smile. The line doesn't have to be very dark - you just need to be able to see a line in the right place. But I would just go to bed at your normal time and test at least 6 hours later if you're unsure.

So I have a first response early results test now. So nervous to take it in case it’s negative. Would people recommend taking it tonight or in the morning? And how long should I hold the urine for? As going to take this as the definite answer either way I think. So want it to be as accurate as possible.

@Ttcfirsttime FRERs seem to be the most accurate so if you are pregnant this should give you the answer if you’re getting faint lines on other tests :) I would use your first urine of the day though so wait until the morning. X

Gorillaandme · 13/09/2018 20:00

I think it looks like faint positive. Fingers crossed :)

littlepotatoes · 13/09/2018 20:01

FR tests will probably be positive at any time. I can definitely see a line, I would say it’s definitely a BFP

Ttcfirsttime · 13/09/2018 20:31

Just took the first response and it’s bfn 😩. Thank you all for your advice though xx

No denying that’s a bfn unfortunately
