Decent nursing/bras for large chests?

Before pregnancy I was roughly a 36 D, during I've inflated to a 38 D or DD depending where you shop.
I've read you can't wear underwire bras .... But I miss them!!! I've bought some non wire ones from m and s but they seem a tad large in the cup, and tbh the lack of support at the bottom band it's a tad irrating. I got a nursing one in 36 D at the Lidl event that seems to fit but man there very little support there.

I'm really don't want to be throwing money at this and ATM I feel (tmi warning) the girls are going free range and all over the place ... Especially down! I've considered going for a fitting at Mothercare or the like but I hate those experiences (did it for my wedding) they push so hard with the hard sales tactics for expensive brands lingerie and that wasn't the best advise at the time either, the stuff was uncomfortable despite they're insisting it was ok!! TBF I've noticed a lot of similarity between wedding planning and baby preparing to the point it's unnerving.

Anyway, to other large chested women, who sell decent bras for expecting that actually support and doesn't require a bank robbery?

Cake lingerie. Expensive but completely worth it.

Bravissimo have a decent range of nursing bras. Also wor5h k owing that once the girls settle down after the first 6 weeks or so, you can wear underwired as long as it properly fitted. I bought myself a couple of nice bras then converted myself to nursing by cutting the straps and stitching in clips. If I remember right I ordered those clips from a Facebook shop called suckle store

You absolutely can wear underwired bras, just have to buy new ones to match the ever-changing size.
Try Boob or Bust on facebook, you might want to check your size there as well.

Bravissimo, underwires are fine until their not comfy.

I had a few Royce Charlotte nursing bras. I've bf for years altogether and had loads and loads of nursing bras and these were the only ones I found that were supportive. They're expensive and not pretty though.

I got some Lindex nursing bras from ASOS this past week. Baby isn’t here yet (another month yet!) but on trying them on, they were very comfy and seemed to have enough room to grow when milk comes in. I didn’t think they were too bad price wise either at 2 for £20

Thanks for the advise, I had heard the advise against underwire bras was questionable. I'll look at those sites and seen if I can find anything that fits my budget

Many of the cake ones are flexi underwired- which I found was fine and I have a large cup size.

Definitely worth getting measured in bravissimo once things have settled down after about six weeks. I'm a similar size and before pregnancy hated the thought of unwired bras. I actually found them more comfortable for the last few weeks of pregnancy and first few weeks of feeding though.

H&M sell crop top style nursing bras. I bought some that fit me at about 36 weeks and also bought some the next size up for after. I still wear those overnight, five months in.

It's so hard to predict what your shape will do after delivery, so I wouldn't spend a fortune now.
