So sickness, muscle pain etc is always talked about but they don't warn you about fun little things like getting hives.

My back and stomach feel like I could scratch them off.

Turns out that my new ability to park wonkily is also down to hormones Sad I was good at parking before.

Breathlessness and lack of energy. I was super fit before pregnancy and would walk 5 miles without breaking a sweat. Now walking barely a quarter of a mile is a huge struggle and requires rest stops.

And yes to the peeing when sneezing! I thought that would be something I had to contend with after birth, not before Envy

It really is all the niggles....my friend said her worst bit was the leg cramps.

I've kinda forgotten about the breathlessness but I was never that fit to begin Smile

I’m currently 27 weeks and mine are:

  • blocked and bloody nose. Big clots coming out and it’s really embarrassing when I blow my nose and the tissue is covered in blood
  • the driest mouth EVER when I wake up in the night
-multiple, vivid, very weird dreams each night.
  • from about 16 weeks I would wake up with a hangover type headache which would last all day. This happened very regularly and paracetamol wouldn’t do anything to relieve it
  • feeling very full up very quickly. This was my first symptom from about 10dpo. Luckily that was only for the first trimester and now my appetite is back to normal and I can eat loads!
hailstone1 · 04/09/2018 18:09

Metallic taste! I'm only in my 7th week. Having to eat quite strong or salty tasting foods to be able to eat ConfusedSad

Theweasleytwins · 04/09/2018 18:09

Ah the weird vivid dreams

Also if I do too much exercise (not much-maybe 4000 steps round town) if I sit down it's very painful to stand up - stiff and sore

AliceRR · 04/09/2018 18:11

Oh yes nosebleeds! Not heavy but annoying.

Heartburn

Feeling full

Headaches

Blocked sinuses and runny nose

Baby brain / preg Head!

EffRam · 04/09/2018 18:13

Bleeding gums. Weird toothache. Swollen labia. Being extra snotty and congested.

sexnotgender · 04/09/2018 18:14

Baby brain is a thing it seems. I thought I’d lost my watch the other day, nope just put it on the wrong wrist Confused

vampirethriller · 04/09/2018 18:23

Restless legs
Painful coccyx and pubic bone
Terrible wind
I've gone from being fairly fit to needing a rest after 6 stairs.

ChortleFace88 · 04/09/2018 18:24

DP says my breath is now HORRENDOUS in the mornings since being pregnant Confused

GreenMeerkat · 04/09/2018 18:26

Breathlessness, leg cramps, heartburn, discharge....

It's all so glamorous

GreenMeerkat · 04/09/2018 18:28

Oh yes. My hair fell out in first trimester too.

Deadleavesdirtyground · 04/09/2018 18:29

Nose bleeds.
Sore public bone

Those saying body hair growth, do you know if your having boys. With ds I got really hairy but it's not happened carrying dd, but I have got loads of spots. I assumed it's somthing to do with testosterone vs estrogen.

snowone · 04/09/2018 18:31

It's ALL so glamorous.....it's been 4 years since my last pregnancy and I actually forgot how shit it is! The heartburn and indigestion is a killer, my varicose vein has taken over my whole leg and I'm so emotionally imbalanced it is untrue! My friend calls me pregzilla Grin

HellonHeels · 04/09/2018 18:33

They should teach this in schools!

pineappple · 04/09/2018 18:34

Definitely the nose bleeds - glad to see I'm not the only one! I think my husband thought I was being a bit dramatic blaming them on my pregnancy but I hadn't had one for about 15 years and then I was having them multiple times a day! Also constantly blocked/stuffy nose (unable to breathe through my nose) in the first trimester.

MyMumDimensionJumps · 04/09/2018 18:43

Hair - stomach and hands. Very glamourous.

Food tasting of soap.

Laughing uncontrollably then bursting in to tears.

Everything smells of onion breath.

Burping.

Blondiecub0109 · 04/09/2018 18:44

Ahhh I’m so glad I’m not the only one with some of these.
-stuffy/runny nose
-excess earwax

  • dry mouth at night
-chalky/metallic taste in mouth -crazy pubes
  • skin too sensitive to wear tights (itchy) which is a pain as only leggings fit me for work now
ChipsnCurrySaucemmm · 04/09/2018 18:47

Slightly bloody nose 24/7.... right nostril only

ShedDevon · 04/09/2018 18:50

Clumsiness ! I’m a hairdresser and I’ve dripped my comb 20 times and shipped into my finger twice ! Haha

sexnotgender · 04/09/2018 18:50

I’m having a boy and only the pubes have gone crazy so far, I look forward to turning into a werewolf later on (I’m 20 weeks).

Mississippilessly · 04/09/2018 18:51

The ridiculous amount of dribble. Wtf is that about?

Dandelion1980 · 04/09/2018 18:52

Also 'baby brain' in recent weeks (though I HATE that phrase!). I pulled out on a road and was driving on the wrong side until my husband corrected me and I increasingly forget what I'm talking about when I'm mid way through the sentence.

AliceRR · 04/09/2018 19:09

@ChipsnCurrySaucemmm Same nostril! Not 24/7 but always the right, usually just enough to make me feel like I have runny nose...

Deadleavesdirtyground · 04/09/2018 19:50

My dh days I'm having nosebleeds because the baby is a nerd
