Consultant said this to me at my first appointment with him, just wondering how true it is?

Just for a bit background... Im 5ft3, a size 22/24 and was 9lb7 born
My partner(not that i think it matters) is 6ft4, a xxl (doesnt look it) and was 10lb born.

Anyone had experience of this?

I was a size 8-10 and 5’11 when pregnant with DD. She was 9lb 11. I’m being tested for GD this time as I was so swollen. I already have a huge bump at 17 weeks but only a size 10-12. I think I just had a lot of fluid and although I gained weight I didn’t balloon entirely...

I'm a size 10-12 and according to my last growth scan baby is massive. They reckon he will be over 10lb. I have been tested for GD and it was negative.
