30 weeks pregnant and I'm just starting to become uncomfortable. Pain in my groin, can't turn over at night properly, nausea returning, off balance and ache EVERYWHERE.

The thought of 10-12 more weeks of this is pretty terrifying as my commute is long and I can't really afford to give up work just yet...

Anyone have any tips for the last 10 weeks?

If you could pinpoint a week where you reached your peak of uncomfortableness, what week would you say it was?

I'm 39+3 right now.
Definitely from about 32 weeks I had a return of nausea and I also became REALLY tired...more tired than in first trimester. At 34 weeks I developed sciatic pain that made it hard to walk and that was really frustrating as I wanted to walk lots and use exercise ball to stay fit and promote a good position for labour.
I did find it hard but not unbearable and I just kept focusing on the positives. From 37 weeks the tiredness and sciatic pain has all but gone and I feel really good and really comfortable.only thing now is nausea if I don't eat often enough and I need to pee lots as baby is 3/5 engaged.
Si I suppose I'm saying that for me the third trimester got worse before it got better!

I'm 36 weeks and not too bad but have a few tips. Definitely sleep with a neat of pillows, including one or two between your knees. A tena pad in your handbag is something I'm finding increasingly useful, despite doing kegals! Swimming is helpful for the pain but not too much breaststroke as that is bad for pelvic area and gave me pelvic girdle pain. Otherwise, just take everything slower. Leave earlier for things so you don't have to rush.

I'm 38+3 today and was fortunate to stop work at 35 weeks because of annual leave etc.

I echo the PP who said leave more time for everything - my god, just getting ready in the morning now seems to take me a lifetime. And walking anywhere is now a slow waddle. I've always been a 100mph person so this takes some getting used to!

Another tip - don't move house at 37 weeks. I'm completely exhausted!

And I would say I have reached peak uncomfortableness now in week 38 so it has gotten progressively harder, week on week, I'm afraid.

Not sure if this is in the vein of advice you’re after, but...Don’t assume you’ll go full term! Make sure you have a bag of sorts prepared in the next couple of weeks. This was my Mum’s advice, which I ignored (first babies are always late, right?) and I had a hastily packed, odd assortment of things in my hospital bag at 36 weeks. Also haircut, batch cooking etc that you might be planning in the last couple of weeks; do it now!
Good luck.

Haircut yesterday helped make me feel more human so agree on that one. And yes, have a bag packed with basics which you can add to. I've had to change mine slightly as I'm now having a CS so some stuff came out and other stuff had to go in....

Echoing the advice for pillows. One between the knees, one under the bump. A V shape pillow is great and I use mine to breastfeed.

Start thinking about how to wind down at work so people are not expecting you to continue at 100%. You'll likely be spending a lot of your time waddling to and from the loo and the kitchen tap!

Pack a labour bag now too. My baby turned up early at 36 weeks, and I'd only started filling the bag two days before!
