So I'm 7+4 now and I can not shift this sickness feeling! I haven't been sick but I feel sick constantly and eating makes me feel worse but I feel hungry.

Has anyone had or is going through this? Any tips or ways to deal with it would be appreciated I'm really struggling I just want to enjoy being pregnant Sad

My pregnancy nausea/sickness is just starting to ease at 15 +3. I found eating little and often helped, eating mainly carbs as they didn't assault my bloodhound sense of smell, and we're quite a bland taste. Salty crackers were a good go to food, and surprisingly a glass of milk in the morning.

Hope it eases up for you, try and focus on the the end result of it all :)

Sorry but 7 weeks is classic ‘time to feel like crap for a while’ territory & doesn’t usually ease off until about the 3 month mark.

The nausea is usually caused by low body sugar so eating little and often should help.

I felt miserable during my sickness weeks but it was also reassuring that the pregnancy was developing well.

Thanks everyone. Yeah it's making me feel a little down in the dumps but trying to focus on the end result Grin

Hopefully I can find something to ease it a little as everything seems to be sitting heavy on my stomach making me feel worse x

Loads of threads on sickness. Generally it does ease, mine was horrendous the first few weeks! I found ice pops and ice lollies helped me loads but honestly for two weeks straight all I could stomach was water (barely) and plain pasta - even cooked in unsalted water. Just remember it's for the best, and will be sooooo worth it!!! :)
