Soft muslin squares

Hi, I'm looking for some softer muslin squares than you can buy in the likes of asda etc. Even mothercare ones seem to be of rough material. I just can't seem to find anywhere that sells them but my sister remembers buying them for her son.
Has anyone seen or bought them from anywhere recently?
Tia 🙂

They do get softer after washing. But I also had some from John Lewis that were lovely. And some brightly coloured ones but I can't remember the brand which were also very soft and quite cheerful.

Definitely get softer after washing. Some of my favourite ones come from Aldi and Lidl. Especially Lidl, they’re a good size and have some lovely prints.

I had some from mothercare and some from jojo maman bebe- 2.5 years on, the jojo ones are much softer than the mothercare ones! Pricier but it shows in the softness.

I have several brands and found aldi ones nice and soft

Frugi ones are lovely but a bit dear

I've found primark ones to be pretty soft, definitely softer than others I bought. Some pretty designs too.

If you can get to an Aldi they currently have a baby and toddler event on, I got all my muslins from there (such good value too), they were lovely and soft.

Ikea ones still going and very soft 10 years on! We use them as tea towels now.

Aden and Anais are super soft and they also come in HUGE size and smaller sizes!
They aren’t the cheapest though, I got mine from TK Maxx, eBay and Amazon rather than paying full price.
I also have from Aldi which are lovely and a few from Primark which tend to be smaller I think but have nice pattern choices

scrivette · 16/08/2018 13:36

The softest ones I have are from Primark, which surprised me as they were also the cheapest ones I have.

I thought the Aldi ones were lovely and soft, and they do nice colours and prints rather than just plain white. As a pp said, they're in the Aldi baby event right now.

I like M&S ones.

Muslins really are the gift that keep on giving. DD is 8 now and I still use at least one daily to mop up something or other/use as an impromptu table cloth when eating al fresco/sand remover at the beach/park bench or wet trolley seat drier (for my handbag, not DD) Grin
