Gender Blood Tests

Hi, I'm just wondering if anybody has found out gender through blood tests. We have decided not to do the harmony test but I would like to know the gender before my anomaly scan. I have looked it up and the only ones I can find are at home ones and there doesn't seem to be a doctor / clinic that will do it. Any info would be great! Thanks

You can have a private gender scan at 16 weeks - is that early enough for you? Otherwise I think harmony is the only non-invasive way of doing it but I’m no expert.

Why do you need to know the gender before the anomaly scan?

My parents are emigrating when I'm just under 19 weeks and I'd like to tell them before they leave but my anomaly scan is at 23 weeks

I found out via harmony. You can have a private scan re gender from 16 weeks which is way cheaper than harmony.

We had a private sexing scan at 16 weeks and it was extremely clear.

Why not book a private scan to find out? You could take your parents with you :)

That’s what we did. Private scan was amazing (so much clearer than the NHS ones) and parents were able to be with us when we found out xx
