How many weeks did you feel your baby move?

I'm 12 weeks with my second. With my first I didn't feel any movement until around 20 weeks. Today I was lying still and felt a gentle flutter in my tummy. I can just see the skin quivering slightly. Do you think it could be baby? Or just indigestion...

I’m also pregnant with my 1st baby and I felt nothing until 21 weeks, it was just after 20 week scan. No flutters, just went straight to kicks that my husband could feel with his hand on my belly.

This is my first pregnancy with a posterior placenta and it really has made all the difference. It is DC4 and I still swear I first felt a movement at ten weeks. It was the distinctive fluttering in my uterus and I’ve never personally had gas in that place before Grin. The same sensation happened every few days for the next few weeks so I’m certain it was that.

I felt the first bigger kicks around 16 weeks, first from the outside at 18 weeks.

Thank you @newmum22456 and @MrsDrambuie - I can't tell you how reassuring it is to hear that sometimes they don't make themselves known til later on! 😊

16 weeks I felt tiny taps (first baby) - but i was listening v hard to my body. Give it time, you will feel movement soon, and its the best feeling x

@jennac the 20-week scan was very strange for me - to see baby moving around loads but I felt nothing! Also - I am very slim so not much “padding” around baby either!

@MrsDrambuie same!! Ahh that sounds amazing. So funny to think all that is going on in there but none of it perceivable on the outside! I'm hoping that happens at my scan on 20th!
