Will be calling midwife feel stupid for calling in as I went in a night last week due to lack of movements and as soon as I got on the hospital bed he moved. Last night I didn't notice any flutters when I woke up and nothing so far yet this morning but can this be normal is he just comfy???

I'm fine just downed a pint of cold cold water and can feel movement

And anterior placenta won't allow you to feel as much movement as a posterior one, but you should still be aware of what movement is normal for your baby.

Any concerns, go in, and DO NOT feel foolish. What do you think the midwives would rather? 10 people coming in an hour and them all being fine, or 1 person a day who's baby can't be saved?

I had an anterior with my DD and I remember how hard it was to feel the movements. You're doing exactly the right thing.

I had a MW appointment yesterday and have anterior placenta. She said that this shouldn't be a reason to not feel movement but just that the movements feel different to how they would if you didn't have an anterior placenta, and she was very clear that any change of pattern for you should be checked with MAC and they will never turn you away or make you feel like a time waster. I had a few episodes in my previous pregnancy, and they were always more than helpful.

@usernotfound0000 @honeysucklejasmine hey guys just an update I decided to go in have been monitoring baby HB all is fine, BP is normal, Urine is fine no protein traces. As this is the second episode they have asked me to stay in for a growth scan at 3:45 so hoping all is well that side of things now 🙈

Glad that all is well, you definitely did the right thing. I'm sure the growth scan will just be a precaution too.
