Is anyone else suffering with this? I am about ready to rip my legs off.. it is torturous. I'm 33 weeks and still working full time - I really look forward to getting into bed, then when I do I can't sleep!

Give me any other pregnancy symptom! This is unbearable!

I suffered badly with this during both pregnancies.

Orgasm was a very effective solution...

I've been having this since about 30 weeks I think (39+2 now) the only thing that works for me now, and is sometimes a bit hit and miss, is a shower, magnesium spray on legs, walk before bed, a pillow between my knees, and counting when I try to go to sleep!
It's fading out a bit now, thank god, but at its worst the only thing that worked was an orgasm as above poster says!

I agree with the magnesium spray. Stings a bit but it does help. I have have also been taking combined magnesium calcium tablets. This has also helped. I also found a tiny bit of lavender oil in a bath helps. I thought walking would help but it didn’t. It is awful.

I have this normally without being pregnant! I find mine gets much worse if my legs get too hot so pressing a cold flannel on them helps or sticking my legs out of the covers. When it gets really bad I need to get up and walk around and then massage my legs.

Thanks all. I've ordered some magnesium spray. The night I posted it was absolutely unbearable. Really hope it goes when the baby arrives, have heard it can stay Shock

Tonic water supposedly helps, too.
