Can anyone help with low blood sugars?

I have been given a blood sugar monitor to test my blood sugars over the next 7 days as my baby is big and they wanted to rule out GD. However in testing I’m the exact opposite and my levels are low (explains the times I was almost fainting at work)

To anyone who knows what this means my levels before breakfast are 3.3 and I can get them to 3.8 with cereal and watermelon - I then have to snack and have a couple of sugary drinks Mid morning to stop me feeling woozy.
Yesterday I managed to get it up to 4.5 before lunch by snacking but this dropped to 4 an hour after lunch.
I just wanted some advice or tips and reassurance that this isn’t harming the baby - but please be realistic with me as I’m trying to avoid google.
The diabetic midwife wasn’t interested when I told her it was low and said they’d only worry if I was on insulin and it was that low and just continue testing.
My own midwife is cross county so admittedly there’s loads of things the hospital versus the midwives have differing procedures on but I had a routine appointment with her yesterday and she wasn’t overly impressed that the advice I was given was don’t worry too much.
