Really hope someone is up and around to advise. I know it's silly to come on here but I really don't want to ring a potentially busy triage ward if it's ok.
I had a really sudden and severe headache come on at about 5 last night. I assumed it was dehydration and have been drinking lots and my wee is nice and pale. I've taken paracetamol but they haven't touched it.
I'm 30 weeks. My hands and feet aren't swollen, my vision seems ok and I'm not vomiting. The pain is severe. I'm not sure what to do, I just feel really anxious and torn with whether to call or not.
