Products you couldn’t live without in pregnancy?

Just wondering if anyone has any ‘must have’ pregnancy products they have found invaluable?

For me so far it’s:
Maternity pillow- so comfortable I could wrap myself up in it and stay there forever Grin.

Doppler- I know they seem controversial to own but after two missed miscarriages, mine has been invaluable at ridding me of anxiety. I only started using it at 14 weeks.

Burts bees mama bee belly butter- I don’t believe creams can stop stretch marks and already have some from DC1 but this one makes my skin so soft and stops my bump itching.

Pukka pregnancy tea- it’s just so nice and helps me relax at night.

Hot water bottle- paracetamol don’t work for me and I don’t want to pop them like sweets either so this has hugely helped my sore back/pelvis/tummy.

Deflatine rennies for trapped wind Blush.

Anyone else?

I'm very lucky to have an easy pregnancy so haven't needed much. I use my yoga bolster to lean back on the sofa, which helps my back loads. I do find my maternity pillow annoying and tend to kick it off the bed in the night, I need to be able to freely move.

Floridex has also been amazing as it got rid of all my dizziness.

Bottles of coke and cocodamol!

In agony every single day and a side effect of the cocodamol is thirst which is where the coke comes in.

Pear drops during the nausea phase.

Comfy non wired bras and my dressing gown!

I sucked on mints during the nausea phase in the first trimester, it’s all I could find to help!

So sorry to people experiencing difficult pregnancies, it definitely isn’t all fun and games for everyone. I had SPD during my last full term pregnancy so I’m hoping that doesn’t rear its ugly head this time...

Cyclizine!!! I haven't had HG, but at 31 weeks I do still chuck up if I try and stop taking it. For me it's been a miracle drug, and for the ladies with HG, I honestly don't know how you keep on going, especially for those of you who haven't found a drug which works well for you. Flowers

In the first tri, cheese - I always had an emergency babybel in my handbag. Since then, yoghurts, although that seems to be easing off a bit.

Caffeine free diet coke! And my current love is my maternity knickers, not remotely sexy but sooooo comfortable!

My fan. I think I would of passed out by now if I didn't have my fan. Also polo mints! I have spent the last 32weeks vomiting. Polo mints have been a complete life saved!

My fan! We usually have it on anyway even through the winter but need it atm more than ever. And been using olive oil on my bump 😊 apart from that i haven't really used anything special although I have been getting bad pains in my back hips and pelvis especially in the night so may have to get a pillow now
