Due today but worried about gender being wrong

These pictures are 28w, 32w and 33w. I can't stop myself from thinking baby is gonna pop out the opposite gender as I've read so many stories of bits being hidden at scans!!

Does anyone think there's any chance this could go the other way??

I'm guessing what OP means is that if you've told everyone it's a girl, spent a fuckload on dresses, picked a name, told siblings about their sister...you might panic about scan being misleading.

She's not talking about it ruining her life or hating boys - chill a little people?

Frenchiemamax · 19/05/2018 17:02

Now just waiting for the ‘you can use the dresses and name on a boy’ comments Grin

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 19/05/2018 17:04

You can uses dresses and the name on a boy OP

Wink

Boys can be Sophie’s too.

ALY44 · 19/05/2018 17:05

@NellMangel thank you this is precisely why, no bad meaning about it at all don't know why people are losing the plot about it haha.

Tumilnaughts · 19/05/2018 17:05

If it does end up being a boy -though I doubt it based on the photo- you can always exchange all the girls stuff you may have bought.

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 19/05/2018 17:07

No-one is losing the plot 😂 just saying it’s silly to worry. It is what it is. If it’s not what you’ve told people it is then all you do is say “sonographer got it wrong” and return anything that won’t suit.

Soubriquet · 19/05/2018 17:08

This is the 3rd time at least you've asked this exact same question. Every time, you've had your answer. Girl.

You even had a sonographer on your last thread who was very confident it's a girl.

So relax. Enjoy your last few days of pregnancy, and get ready to welcome your baby girl

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 19/05/2018 17:09

Oh really soubriquet? How odd. Why so stressed about it OP?

NellMangel · 19/05/2018 17:12

If I ever produce another baby I'm going to refuse to announce the gender AT ANY POINT IN CHILD'S LIFE. "It" will be called "Ambiguity X", wear grey tunics and wee in a non labelled portaloo attached to our car.

Whattheactualfuckmate · 19/05/2018 17:15

I’ve had scan training and I’d be confident that’s a little girl

ALY44 · 19/05/2018 17:17

@Soubriquet I've never asked before?

OP posts:
Soubriquet · 19/05/2018 17:31

Really Hmm

If you're going to try that one, don't reuse a photo

sadiesilva · 19/05/2018 17:50

I am sure that you have posted about this a couple of times before. I am a midwife, and I'm pretty sure that you are having a girl.

LiteraryDevil · 19/05/2018 17:52

This is why I never found out the sex. And yes, it's sex, not gender.

This is my dd2

MagicalCreatures · 19/05/2018 18:30

@NellMangel exactly what I was going to say whilst reading the comments. Until I saw yours.
The OP never mentions being disappointed about the possibility of it being wrong. Or worrying that she won’t love it if it’s a boy etc etc.
She clearly has spent money on girls items and told everyone they are expecting a girl. And guess what, it does happen where they get it wrong. (In your case OP it seems there is very little chance they have got it wrong)
It’s the last jitters before baby comes. I’m sure labour is hard enough without any last minute surprises and shocks.
Why does everyone jump to the instant conclusion that someone means it in a nasty way.

SoyDora · 19/05/2018 18:31

That’s a girl. Very clear three lines.

Sabrinathethirtysomethingwitch · 19/05/2018 18:33

Not again OP HmmConfused if that's your biggest worry you're doing alright

Baby2018 · 19/05/2018 19:35

Clearly looks like a girl to me

Kittypillar · 19/05/2018 21:30

As other people have said, I'm sure this is at least the third time you've posted this. Really not sure why you feel the need to keep doing this when the answer you've had over and over is that yes, it definitely looks like the scan is correct and it's a girl.

Just stop, relax and look forward to your new arrival. Enough already.
