Over the last few days I've noticed the movement she makes has changed. I know she has changed positions so that could be possible why. Its not as strong but i am still feeling her. I'm 29+3 weeks pregnant. I have read its normal the further you get a long as they get bigger the kicks are not as strong is this true? Don't want to be ringing the midwife constantly

Call the midwife - it's probably nothing but they would rather check 50 extra times than miss something.

If you're worried just call the midwife for advice, they'd rather you bothered them than you just and worry.

If it helps, my baby is a bit of a pain when it comes to having a pattern (30+3). The closest thing to a pattern is maybe 3-5 days of partying/trying to break out, n 2-3 days of what I can only assume is relaxing! I had panicked me a lot, but its quite normal for her to do that so the midwife said its not something they'd really worry about as long as its normal for her.

I've had a few big kicks since posting (sods law) mainly in my bladder so must be feet down. I haven't really noticed a pattern tbh with her. She moves after i eat and when i lay down. I am busy running after a 2 year old so maybe thats why as well xx

Hello! I'm 38+4 weeks and have only noticed a slight pattern since 37 weeks! Until then she was all over the place with her activities! I also have days where she just feels like she's being lazier and doesn't move as strongly. But then she'll give me the odd big kick as if to say "I'm fine by the way!"

Obviously go get checked if you notice a massive change!

If you have even the tiniest doubt go to your maternity unit. Babies movements can change for all sorts of reasons, some perfectly harmless, others really serious. I’m sure your baby is fine but why risk it. I went with reduced movements twice with my first and i was never once made to feel like I was wasting anyone’s time - the opposite in fact. Good luck. X
