EXTREME cramping but NO blood...advice anyone?

I'm currently 5+3 after having 4 chemicals and 1 MMC in the past 2 years.
I've been getting all the pregnancy symptoms so far, sore boobs, light period like cramping etc, but this morning scared the hell out of me. I had extremely painful cramping, loads worse than period pain, it was that bad I broke out into a cold sweat and ran to the toilet expecting the pregnancy to be over.
(TMI alert : but it may be relevant) I then had a number 2 on the loo and the pain completely went.
Since this morning I haven't had the extreme cramping since, just the coming & going of light period like cramping like I have been already getting and that awful uncomfortable heavy uterus/bloaty feeling, like the one you get building up to your period.
I'm now so scared that a MC is imminent and am just waiting to bleed. But from my past losses when I had bad cramping a lot of blood came with it, and I have had no blood, nothing.
Has this ever happened to anyone before and was all ok in the end? I've been reading that It could be gas/constipation. But Im paranoid because of my past. Constantly on edge about it. Any advice welcome. Thanks 😊

Did the bad cramping happen to be around breakfast time? Are you sure it's not from your bowel? I have IBS but it has got considerably worse since getting pregnant. I'm about as far along as you and every morning for the past week I have had the most terrible stomach cramps. Literally doubles me over. These are definitely bowel related though and relieved after I go to the toilet! I think if I hadn't had those pains before pregnancy then I'd be very worried as it is a shooting pain which feels like all of my insides are contracting!! Definitely IBS related for me. I've also had mild period type pains but no blood so hoping all is okay.

Loop the extreme bad cramping is in a morning yes, now that you mention it. It goes after a number 2, so they probably are bowl related. But the light period cramps come and go in waves throughout the day, but get a little worse at night I'd say. Also getting a watery milky discharge now too, it's crazy!

I have the exact same symptoms and we are about as far along as each other so I'm hoping we are normal!

Great! Don't want to sound too keen but when would your due date be? My app says 6th January. But I don't want to jinx myself talking about it so early!

I’ve been having those, worse at night, I actually think it’s reallt bad trapped wind to be honest! I was worried too, went out for a meal at the weekend and ended up coming home dreading the worst, I’m 8 + 2! Xxx

RedWineAllMine · 19/05/2018 08:49

Loop how are you getting on? And rose yes, my cramping seems to be more constant now. Sometimes I get that pre period feeling that lasts all day and just won't shift. Then the next day it will go. Did your cramps become mor constant? Before they came and went not very often, but now it's very often and seems to last longer.

Cramps have gone. They've been replaced by awful nausea 🤢. I feel green. Also bizarrely a really sore throat which I'm not sure is pregnancy related or not. Either way I feel awful and like I have the flu!

It could be some sort of tummy bug? Make sure you drink a lot,I hope you feel better soon💐
