1-2 wks early miscarriage :/ + confused please advise -

Hi first time writing on here. I'm so confused and all emotional right now. I was overdue my period so i thought i'd check if i was pregnant. I done approx 10 home tests - strips and cheap ones i even brought a clearblue one they all said positive. I was just getting my head around things and was going to tell my boyfriend the happy news today. However i noticed blood while wiping on he friday night. I thought nothing of it because i heard you can bleed during pregnancy. Then i went to the loo later on and there was blood on my knickers and in the toilet. Not alot but just as if i was having a period type thing. I went to boots pharmacy where they advised to go hospital just to double check. I went to the hospital they took two samples of my urine and both said negative. She told me i had a early miscarriage. I was confused and heartbroken. The lady doc told me to do a home test after 48 hours and if it said positive then go to a + e straight away. I wanted to know at least how many weeks i actually could be so i brought a clearblue one that says how many weeks. I done the test and it says positve 1--2 weeks. I can not get to the hospital today as there are no buses running cause of stupid bank holiday and my friend is busy so cant take me. I rang a + e and told them what happened and the lady on the phone said i should be fine to wait until tomorrow and go see a doctor gp first. If there was a way i could get to the hosi and back i would go straight away cause i hate waiting. Im so confused and everything. My partner literally has no clue yet whats even happening. He doesnt even know ive taken any tests cause like i said i was going to tell him happy news today but now its sad news and he doesn't finish work until 8pm tonight :'(

Update . Was on way for the scan with full bladder . Missed phone call from antenatal saying I wouldn't be having a scan today but still had to go in. Ended up having a blood test hung around the town for a few hours then set off home. We were nearly home and got phone call from antenatal saying we needed to go back asap for a scan. As they considered that it could be ectopic pregnancy . My levels were 504 but apparently they should be around 700 hcg. I had scan just above the groin area and internal . They were checking for extra fluids or whatever they were looking for . Nothing bad was found . They told me cause my levels were not checked properly within the certain time frame . Every two days to see a pattern . They don't know if my levels have decreased or increased.

I have to go back on Saturday for another blood test and potentially another scan. I'm so nervous as I seem to be having no luck what so ever with this pregnancy . I literally just want to cry X. X I don't know what's happening . More waiting . Stressed . not good

Useless Doctor said if I am then I'd be approx 6 weeks but then again she seemed useless so I ain't got a clue TBH xx

Update I had another blood test yesterday my hcg increased to 804 I think they said. It's not as high as it should be. Today I am 8 weeks if the calculations are correct. I have another scan tomorrow I am so scared.
I only found out yesterday that they actually found a small bubble of fluid somewhere in my uterus on the last scan they done a week ago. And no sign of gestation. I'm scared about the scan tomorrow.
One of the nurses or whoever she is really doesn't seem positive about my pregnancy at all and she even mentioned that if the scan doesn't show signs of the potential baby then an option could be the needle that takes it away :( only if they are 100% sure that it's a failed pregnancy or ectopic that they think it is. But they are not 100%. Sure what my pregnancy is even doing . I'm emotionally drained. I'm still hoping for the best but fear the worst. Surely it can't be this difficult for medical people to find out where the pregnancy is developing . X

I'm sorry you're going through this OP.

Have they done an internal scan at all? Or just external/on your stomach?

HCG rates should double every 48 hours. Yours haven't done that. This means it could be a failed pregnancy/miscarriage. The reason it's difficult is because things are too small to see right now. They need to wait to re-scan and re-measure you in order to determine whether or not the pregnancy is progressing.

Omg I’m so sorry your going through this, they all seem very disorganised! You’d think a scan would be priority to see if there’s a yolk sak! Etc. I really hope your resting and trying to be positive. I know it’s hard, I’ve had a mc and went to the walk in centre and was really Mis treated!
I hope that things work out for you, the fact your levels are rising is a good sign.

I am stressing out and thinking the worst. Considering the drs dont seem to know where the potential baby is developing i have no faith in the NHS atm.
I know im still abit early on but surely they should be able to see some sign of my fetus/baby. I'm so anxious about the scan tomorrow. My partner is so positive and believes that the drs etc clearly dont know what they are doing lol and he thinks i am infact going to have our baby despite my levels being lower than it should be. Work is also stressing me out. I've got another sick note from the drs so i can do light duties. i am a carer and do 12 hour shifts x4 days a week. i've already lost approx £400 in wages because of this awful situation . One doctor signed me off work for 2 weeks but i gt a different dr to over rule that and give me a note to say i can work but just light duties. tbh work should have done a risk assessment as soon as i told them i was even pregnant because theres so many risks at work but they havent even done that. Im emotionally drained. I go to bed early these days to take my mind off things and i do want to take naps more often and i wee more than usual. My mam thought that was a good sign but apparently its not always a good sign. sorry for the paragraph and hope i make sense x

Didn't want to read and run but it sounds like you have a pregnancy of unknown origin. So your body is producing hCG but there actually is no baby. I am so sorry. Your hCG should double every 48 hours so since yours is quite low for 8 weeks and didn't double in the 48 hours. Have they spoken to you about ectopic pregnancies or other possibilities? Good luck with the scan and hope they can give you some answers soon. Xxx

Can someone please help/advise me?!
I'm only 3-4 weeks according to FOUR home pregnancy tests which were Clear Blue digital ones but today I went to my doctor and their test came up negative!!! But when I first took the test I was only 2-3... can someone explain does the hCg Level go up day by day? This is my first pregnancy so I'm not really sure what to expect.
I'm now waiting on results from a blood test! Can anyone tell me if this is normal or have gone through similar?! I'm so worried! Xx

Update my scans yesterday finally shower gestation sac measuring 4 weeks. I must be so much earlier than they thought I was. I'm so confused. I had another blood test aswell. Me and my partner waited ages to see the dr about everything and they were mega busy so told them to ring me. I ended up ringing them last night and Dr is still busy. Hoping they will ring me today . I'll give them a few hours before I decide to ring them instead . Work are being awkward towards me and my pregnancy expecting me to do heavy moving and handling so I ended up handing a sick note in which allows me two weeks off . I can't really afford this time off but my health comes first and need to de stress :/
One of the antenatal people clearly didn't even look at my notes properly yesterday cause she said my hcg was increasing and decreasing. My face must have been a picture. I said since when was it decreasing. She glanced at the notes and said oh sorry it's increasing but slowly.
The date of my last cycle was 27th March. So if calculations were correct I should have been at least 8 weeks now. But I'm only measuring 4 wks. So confusing.

Sounds like my situation. Read my thread on here and hopefully u have a better understanding. Get a second opinion. From drs if u can. Hcg meant to double every 2-3 days. Mine haven't been . Mine is increasing but slowly

I had blood drawn on Wednesday and I'm going back to the hospital today to have more drawn so that they can compare the samples.
According to my GP I'm 5 weeks today so just hoping my levels have gone up!
I haven't been offered a scan or anything yet but I suppose it's just because I'm still a bit early on!

When I was feeling ill the other day I phoned the NHS 111 number and they were great! The woman I spoke to was really helpful and advised me on what to do. She told me go to the walk in centre at my local hospital where they then sent me to the Gynaecology unit in the hospital to have my bloods taken. If you have any more worries try giving them a call! Xxx

My hcg result from yesterday is 1188 so it's still increasing. Someone is going to ring me later from the hospital hopefully they have more info.

Hey . so approx 20 mins ago I seen blood when I wiped . I rang the hospital and they don't seem too concerned about it. They said to keep monitoring any bleeding . Got another scan on the 31st. I'm terrified that I'm going to lose it :'( considering I've had no luck so far .

I had blood drawn yesterday for a second hCg test and the nurse rang with my results.
My levels have gone up but she's asked me to go back tomorrow..
Has anyone else had their levels checked 3 times in one week? Should I be worried?

update- so this morning i think seen trace of blood in my urine but wasn't 100% sure because of the slight bleeding i've had / having on and off. I went to my local A+E hoping to just pee in a pot and them to ring me later but nope had 2-3 hr wait. Typical. Seen the triage team first and they took a urine sample and done my blood pressure and temp. Asked questions and stuff then sent me back to the waiting room. Dr seen me approx 30 mins later and asked me to do a urine sample - i said i literally just done it via the triage team so he went to check my results. I think the whole of the universe heard him when he said to his collegues that 4 weeks pregnant and has a UTI. I felt mortified that he just announced it so loud before i was even told. He came back to see me and said did i say to you before i went that you have a UTI. I was thinking nope but i already know cause your big gob in the lobby or wherever he was at the time. But i just said nope you didn't. Wish i said something now though cause that was bang out of order. :/ Anyways he said i have basically everything in my urine i asked what and he didn't tell me. Just prescribed me some antibiotics . Went to a local pharmacy for my prescription and the lady said i should have got told about a maternity exempt card from the Drs to get my prescriptions etc free. uhm i'll defo be enquiring about it next time i see a dr. I'll also need to tell the antenatal team on my next scan about having antibiotics and when the course is finished i'll need another blood test to check if it's ok again. Why is nothing straight forward :/

You don’t normally get the form for your maternity exemption card until your booking in appt with the midwife so that will be why you haven’t been told about that yet.
I hope your scan on the 31st goes well.

Oh right . The pharmacist in boots didn't mention that bit.

I started feeling mild cramps today. I don't usually cramp when I'm on so this is such a weird feeling . All I have is hope

So scan this morning showed no signs of progress. I'm so devastated. The antenatal person mentioned the injection again to get rid of the pregnancy but once they can't without my permission. I had another blood test done. Waiting for them to ring me about the result. I just want to cry and hibernate forever :'(
I've had to text my other half as he's at work . I didn't want to go today alone so luckily my friends came with me for support . My other half reckons we should have another scan just incase. And if not then he expects me to wait a year before trying again. I'm not getting any younger :'( took years for this one to even happen . So heartbroken x

My hcg has risen 46% since last week . They still haven't ruled out ectopic even though the sac is in the right place. They seem certain that this pregnancy is not good. She said if I have doubts then I can have another scan in two weeks time so I said yeah. More waiting but at least I can say I've done all I can :/
Still measuring the same as I did last week.

Update. Not sure if anyone is still following my journey but I had another scan and blood test yesterday . My hcg has dropped and no progress on the scan . I told myself not to cry but couldn't help it . I'm so heartbroken :'(
I was given three options either injection , tablets or suction but because it's only measuring 5mm and I'm not in pain they are happy enough to let nature do it's course :'( I'm so gutted . Waiting to miscarry . Hope it happens at home and not at work :/
I can do exercises again aswell.
Praying that I can have a normal pregnancy if there's a next time
